Nikki Ashby
I’m Nikki, a dedicated healer based on the Sunshine Coast, QLD, specialising in Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy (CST) and blending Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) and Ayurveda to support clients in discovering their complete wellness.
With a gentle, intuitive approach, I work with the body’s innate ability to restore balance, easing pain and releasing long-held tension while addressing the underlying emotional and mental patterns that influence wellbeing.
During my 15 years of practicing Biodynamic CST and 10 years as a teacher with the Institute of Biodynamic Craniosacral Training I felt called to expand my clinical offerings to include Ayurveda and RTT, to add further layers of support for my clients and to understand the mind-body connection from every angle.
My integrative practice offers personalised, restorative care for adults, babies and children—combining hands-on Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, RTT hypnotherapy to reframe subconscious beliefs, and Ayurvedic wisdom to nurture daily habits — discover lasting physical freedom, mental clarity, and emotional balance for a more harmonious life.
